Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Answer all incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and general information about hotel amenities and services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all guest interactions are positive and welcoming.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong focus on guest services.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management systems, and night audit processes is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations best practices to enhance overall guest experience.

Pay: $11.00 – $13.00 per hour
