Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ environments are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, floor care, and carpet cleaning to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Organize cleaning schedules and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards.
Experience
- Experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques.
- Ability to cook or prepare light meals is a plus.
- Proficient in floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
