We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding safety and sanitation.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
