Schedule – Friday through Monday 5am-3pm
Housekeeper Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining inventory on all apartment accessories, kitchen utensils, cookware and linens in apartments and surplus stockroom
- Ensures that all assigned areas meet standards of cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, cleaning ovens, stovetops, refrigerators, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
- Executes work orders to perform required housekeeping and laundry services/
- Reports all potential hazards, property damage or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Department to ensure a safe environment.
- Reports all clinical concern in the residences to the Director of support Services and/or Clinical Team to ensure patient quality of care.

- Must be able to stoop, bend, push and pull
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to use step and extension ladders not to exceed 5 feet
- Must be able to do repetitive and strenuous work.
Experience / Education Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must produce and maintain a valid driver’s license in accordance with Driving Standards Policy
- Must meet minimum requirements on Motor Vehicle Reports in accordance with Driving Standards Policy
- High school diploma or the equivalent preferred
- If in recovery, 2 years’ continuous sobriety is preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Must be able to demonstrate professional communication skills to include the ability to interact and work together with co-workers, patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ability to follow written or verbal directions
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment required.
