Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established standards and procedures
- Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience
- Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces to promote hygiene
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Use industrial cleaning equipment efficiently for deep cleaning projects when required
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial equipment operation
- Experience with industrial cleaning methods and custodial management is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
