The Role
• Support the HR team with unemployment claims, guard card management, and OSHA log administration.
• Handle workers' compensation claims and assist with union-related tasks.
• Provide recruitment support and manage employment verifications.
• Assist with benefits administration and other miscellaneous HR tasks.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth HR operations.
What You'll Need
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal right to work in the USA and ability to read, speak, and write English.
