We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions and drive people strategy across the organization. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development to support business growth and a positive workplace culture.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues.
• Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, KPIs, and employee development plans.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and reward systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support management decision-making.
• Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee capability.
• Manage HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and related digital HR tools.
• Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals.
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience in HR management, HR generalist roles, or HR business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll tools) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field is preferred. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
