Title: HR Manager/Senior HR Generalist

Company: ClearBalance Healthcare

Location: Franklin, TN

Position Summary

ClearBalance Healthcare is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist to lead all human resources functions for our growing organization. Reporting to the CFO and partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team, this role serves as the organization's primary HR resource and is responsible for employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable advising executives on complex employment matters and handling day-to-day HR administration. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong business acumen, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

ClearBalance supports a distributed, multi-state workforce. Nashville-area candidates are preferred; remote candidates located in states where ClearBalance operates will also be considered.

waiting for direction.

deliver better outcomes.

than they were found.
