About The Role
The HR Manager role is a strategic and operational position responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration, with a focus on cultivating a high-performance, employee-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will possess over five years of hands-on experience in human resources, demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to facilitate organizational change in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent HR leadership role.

- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency with HR systems, databases, and software.
- Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities and the ability to architect HR strategies.

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain a diverse and talented workforce.
- Overseeing the performance appraisal system to promote high performance and employee development.
- Designing and monitoring HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Nurturing a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Assessing training needs and coordinating relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Providing management with HR metrics and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensuring legal compliance across all HR activities, including labor laws and employment regulations.
- Managing administration of employee benefits programs, including the 401(k) plan and other perks.
- Facilitating organizational change initiatives and supporting leadership in HR-related matters.
