HR Assistant
Location: Miami, FL (Corporate Office – 33169)

Florida Fine Cars is looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our growing Human Resources team. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their HR career.
The HR Assistant will support a variety of Human Resources functions, including employee onboarding, personnel records, recruiting, compliance, benefits administration, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Support recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with employee benefits enrollment and changes.
- Provide support with payroll processing and timekeeping.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare employment-related documents and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist with special HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of administrative or Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience with employee benefits administration and/or payroll is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
