LOCATION

  • On-site 4 days a week in Charlotte
  • National travel expected 40-50% (couple times a month)

  • This person will support approximately 400 employees
  • The role will partner closely with operations land sales leaders to coach managers, support employee engagement, and help drive retention
  • This individual will be heavily involved in employee relations, performance management, compliance, staffing strategy, and organizational change
  • The business has recently integrated acquired teams, creating a need for HR leadership around manager coaching, hiring practices, and workforce alignment
  • This is a hands-on HRBP role, requiring someone comfortable being close to the employee population and directly involved in day-to-day business needs

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Experience supporting large employee populations, ideally 400+ employees across multiple levels and functions
  • Preferred experience working with sales departments
  • Strong employee relations, performance management, retention, and manager coaching experience
  • Ability to partner closely with recruiting and operations teams on staffing, workforce planning, and organizational changes
  • Background in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, startup, or other high-volume environments would translate well
  • Hands-on, flexible, and independent HR professional who can operate without heavy oversight and adapt quickly as business needs shift
