2. About the Opportunity:
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a key role in supporting the organization's business goals by developing and implementing HR strategies and programs. This position establishes strong partnerships with leadership teams to drive workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. The role influences talent acquisition, leadership development, and change management to help build a resilient and engaged workforce aligned with strategic priorities.
3. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives
- Build effective partnerships across the organization to address workforce needs
- Guide leadership development, succession planning, and talent decisions
- Identify organizational trends and partner to develop solutions
- Apply best practices in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and organizational effectiveness
- Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions
- Support continuous improvement and employee engagement initiatives
- Serve as a change agent to foster a culture of growth and innovation
- Lead assigned Center of Excellence functions
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes
- Participate in business meetings, talent reviews, and workforce planning
- Comply with applicable policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
4. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, including talent management and employee relations
- Ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex organizational changes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present information clearly
- Knowledge of HR best practices in recruitment, compensation, and organizational development
