Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist for an on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The HR Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including developing and enforcing company HR policies, managing employee benefits, assisting with personnel management, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring compliance with HR-related regulations. This role involves collaborating with teams across the organization to foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles, HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and overseeing compliance
- Skills in Personnel Management and employee development strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
