HVAC/R Technician and Installer (Jolley) Jobs in Rutland at Stewart’s Shops
Stewart’s Shops is expanding in Vermont! We are a growing convenience store chain in New York and Vermont. We are looking to expand our HVAC/R installation team. Our Facilities Team provides support to our shops, rental properties, and district staff. The right candidate will work well under pressure in a team environment and be solutions focused. A company vehicle, tools, gauges, and uniforms are provided.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of walk-in refrigeration and HVAC units.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair self-contained refrigerated equipment.
Requirements:
- Vermont Type S C3 License.
- Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
- Vermont Natural Gas Installer Certification or ability to acquire within six months.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in service and installation.
- Experience with HVAC systems.
- EPA Universal Certificate.
- Vocational or Tech Training preferred.
- Electric and Plumbing experience preferred.
- Must be organized, a strong communicator, self-motivated.
- Possess strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to travel to job sites – company vehicle provided.
- Monday – Friday / Rotational on call coverage.
