Compensation: Commission-Based | $80,000-$120,000+ Expected Annual Earnings

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday + Overtime and On-Call Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and maintain residential HVAC equipment
• Recommend replacement systems and comfort upgrades when appropriate
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Build customer trust through professional communication and service
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while supporting company growth goals
• Maintain accurate job notes and customer information

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Strong customer communication and sales skills
• Organized and self-motivated mindset
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
• HVAC trade school education preferred
