HVAC Selling Technician
Location: Westminster, CO
Commission Pay: 18% on Repairs, 10% on Equipment Sales
Earnings: $80,000 – $150,000+ per year (performance-based)

If you know how to turn an A/C or Furnace tune-up into a repair or a replacement, this is the place where you write your own paycheck.
What You’ll Do
- Run maintenance and service calls daily.
- Diagnose systems, educate homeowners, and present clear options.
- Sell and perform repairs (18% commission).
- Sell and close equipment replacements (10% commission).
- Deliver clean, professional installs alongside our install team.
- Push yourself to beat your own numbers each week.
How You Get Paid
- 18% commission on repair revenue.
- 10% commission on equipment sales.
- Monthly contests and leaderboard recognition.
Earnings are uncapped. Average techs earn ~$80k. Strong closers make $100k–$150k. Top performers push $150k+.
