Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 –
(Available for currently employed Start?Up Technicians)


Schedule:


Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
(1?hour lunch) Some weekendson?call rotation


Compensation:


$40,000-$70,000 per year


What You’ll Do

  • Perform start-up, testing, and warranty work on residential HVAC systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high?quality experience
  • Complete work according to company standards and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • EPA CertificationTDLR (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HVAC Technical Schooling (preferred, not required)
  • Valid driver’s licenseinsurable driving record
  • Ability to read wiring diagramsblueprints
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across various equipment types
  • Experience making repair/replace recommendations
  • Ability to obtain low?voltage license within 2 years
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Ability to obtain NATE certification within 1 year
  • Willingness to take initiative and accept leadership responsibilities
  • Safe operation of scissor and genie lifts
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
  • Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques
