We have an immediate opening for the following position:
Crew Lead
Qualifications
– Active CDL license required must have or able to get tank endorsement
– Clean driving record
– Experienced and comfortable driving heavy equipment
– Hydroseed experience a plus but not required
– Problem solving skills
– Leadership experience
– Goal oriented
– Attention to detail
Job Description
– Drive heavy tanker equipment from job to job.
– Repeatedly lift bales (from ground to overhead) weighing 50 lbs+
– Operate mechanical equipment in a safe and precise manner
– Follow specific mixing instructions for hydroseed mix
– Apply hydroseed from hose and boom using specified techniques
– Interact with customers and upsell additional products
– Measure and provide estimates to potential customers
– Answer questions about GreenAcres products and services
– Use good judgement to access and advise on yard preparation
– Handle and process payment transactions
– Ability to inspect, clean, and maintain working equipment
– Excellent communication skills
Compensation and benefits
This is a permanent fulltime position. However, work is seasonal. The bulk of your work will be done between March and October. Pay is salary and excluded from overtime. Total annual compensation with commissions and bonuses has the potential in excess of $80,000. Health, dental, and vision provided the first of the month following 30 days of employment. General working hours are Monday to
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening work may be required. Starting wage DOE. PTO accrual begins after 30 days of employment.
