Immediate Hire: CNA or Experienced HHA
Schedule: Multiple positions open
Shifts: 4hrs, 6hrs, 8hr and 12hr shifts
9a-5p, 8am-11am, 4p-8p, 8am-8pm, 9am-12pm, 9am-3pm

Location: Multiple positions in the St. Louis, St. Charles, Fenton and Arnold area

Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medication management
- Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary
- Support clients with meal preparation, cooking, and dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior to healthcare professionals
- Provide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other memory-related conditions
- Engage in hospice care when needed, ensuring comfort during end-of-life stages
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in home health care or assisted living environments
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical documentation
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to patient care
- CPR certification is preferred
- Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or require long-term care
- Understanding of catheter care and other specialized medical needs
- Proven ability to work effectively in a caregiving role that may include live-in employment situations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNA or HHA
Must have own reliable transportation
Available for weekends and holidays

Pay: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
