What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Successful background in in-home sales or service-based sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using technology and customer management software
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to access attics, basements, crawl spaces, and climb ladders when needed

In This Role, You Will:

• Meet with homeowners to discuss HVAC and plumbing replacement options
• Evaluate current systems and recommend personalized solutions
• Present financing and pricing options in a clear, consultative manner
• Build trust with customers through a professional, no-pressure approach
• Manage appointments and customer follow-up efficiently
• Partner with installation and service departments to ensure smooth project completion
