In-Home Sales Consultant
Location: Sandpoint, ID
Compensation: Commission-Based | $150,000+ Target Annual Earnings
Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule with some evening and weekend availability

What We’re Looking For
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Background in HVAC, roofing, remodeling, or home services is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Self-driven with strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Ability to inspect roofs and equipment, including climbing ladders when necessary
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to discuss HVAC replacement and comfort solutions
- Evaluate existing systems and identify customer needs
- Present system options, financing, and project recommendations
- Build lasting customer relationships through consultative sales
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain organized records and manage multiple appointments effectively
