Job Summary Information Technology Project Coordinator (BMW, Onsite, Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC)
- Document and track meeting minutes, action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain and update project tracking tools with new projects and major milestones.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, highlighting key financial, product, and regional KPIs.
- Create and distribute customer-facing reports to monitor project progress and forecast deliverables.
- Keep project plans current and accurately reflecting project statuses.
- Support Project Management team with administrative and coordination tasks related to engineering projects.
- Prepare and submit required project documentation (e.g., Technical Submittals, Test Documents, O&M Manuals, BOLs, Shipping Logs).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, production, logistics, field teams, accounting, etc.) to ensure timely product delivery.
- Organize site activities and collaborate with field service and production teams.
- Assist with project scheduling, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 5 7 years of experience in project coordination, project management, manufacturing, or construction management.
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems preferred.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of construction, electrical, and mechanical contracting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, data center infrastructure, and commissioning processes is an advantage.
