What You’ll Do:
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests from near and far. Your role will include:
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with grace and efficiency.
- Providing top-notch customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
- Handling basic computer tasks to keep things running smoothly.
