We’re looking for a dynamic Insights Analyst to join our US team. You’ll analyse in‑house and external data and partner with stakeholders and customers to turn insights into compelling stories that drive action and impact.

Role
We are looking for an Insights Analyst to support the Chief Growth Officer and Data Science team within an agile environment, contributing to reporting, data collection and coding, data analysis, and the delivery of high‑impact insights.
What you’ll be doing:
Strategic Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Lead sophisticated data analysis, modeling, and diagnostic/prescriptive insight generation across complex and diverse datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Interpret analytical findings within business and healthcare industry context to deliver clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and root cause investigations to address operational bottlenecks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards, automated tools, templates, and KPI reporting products to support data-driven decision-making.
- Design data models and complex analytical tools that support broad trend analysis and scalable insight generation.
- Conduct ROI, opportunity cost, and resource allocation analyses to inform capital investments, operational priorities, and new business opportunities.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, benchmarking financial performance, productivity, cost trends, and overall business health.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging best practices, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Synthesize external market intelligence with internal data to inform strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Stay current on advancements in analytics, business intelligence, and industry-specific methodologies, leading adoption of new tools and approaches as appropriate.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead consultative requirements-gathering sessions with customer stakeholders to scope analytical needs and define solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on planning, testing, QA, and deployment of analytical and software solutions.
- Present insights, recommendations, and narratives to customers and leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Solicit and manage requirements and service-level expectations for ad hoc and complex reporting requests.
Process Optimization & Business Transformation
- Lead process optimization initiatives to reduce time-to-value in analytics and reporting while maximizing organizational efficiency.
- Assist leadership in executing transformational business practices and strengthening operational rigor and accountability.
- Own and drive strategic initiatives that have direct impact on in-year revenue and operational performance.
- Ability to derive data‑backed insights and communicate them through structured, impactful analytical narratives
- Presenting quantitative findings to clients, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable outcomes
- Develop robust and reliable data analysis, visualisations and key insights for commercial and technical consumption
- Develop and document classification and predictive models using Python?
- Execute validation studies to assess study feasibility and availability of data within the PEP Health platform
- Work closely with other team members including Data Scientists, the Chief of Growth and the CEO
Our ideal candidate will have;
- Experience with Python, SQL
- Experience in manipulating and analysing medium- to large-sized real-world data sets
- Ability to work with data owners and cross-functional teams
- A proactive, creative, innovative and pragmatic approach to problem solving and an ability to think critically and independently
- Strong communication skills
