Core Responsibilities
- Support the Principal Designer with day-to-day design duties
- Lead projects through all phases, from concept to completion
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed presentations for high-end residential clients
- Create and manage FF&E selections, schedules, and budgets
- Create drawings and documentation (floor plans, elevations, custom millwork)
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and consultants
- Oversee vendor coordination and ordering as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional interior design
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD (required)
- SketchUp and Enscape a plus
- Strong drafting and technical skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator; confident presenting to clients and collaborators
- Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and multiple projects
- Experience with Studio Designer a plus
