Role Description The Investor Relations Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective investors. Day-to-day tasks include responding to investor inquiries, preparing and delivering updates on portfolio performance, and supporting investor onboarding and documentation processes. The specialist will help create investor communications such as presentations, reports, and email campaigns, while ensuring information is accurate, timely, and compliant with internal guidelines. This role will collaborate with finance and investment teams to clarify deal structures, returns, and risks, and will track investor feedback to improve the overall investor experience. The position also involves maintaining CRM records, assisting with investor webinars or virtual events, and contributing to continuous improvement of investor communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong investor-facing capabilities, including experience in Investor Relations and Communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally.
- Relevant knowledge of Investments and Finance, with an understanding of real estate or private placement structures preferred.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, performance metrics, and market information for investor reporting.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and CRM systems; ability to manage documentation and investor records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate, private equity, or financial services is beneficial.
