As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a highly motivated Jr Project Manager to support the successful implementation of our automotive software platform. In this role, you will assist in coordinating project installations, supporting multi-store deployments, and helping ensure dealerships adopt Advent’s system with minimal disruption to their operations.
You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams, including dealer leadership, IT, engineering, training, and support, to help keep projects on track, organized, and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle under the guidance of senior project managers
- Assist in coordinating multi-store and dealership group implementations, including phased rollouts
- Help build and maintain project plans, timelines, and go-live schedules
- Use Advent’s project management tools to track tasks, updates, and project progress
- Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, integrations, training, and support
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for dealership stakeholders (GM, GSM, IT, operations etc.)
- Provide regular project updates to internal teams and clients
- Help identify and escalate risks, including integration readiness and operational challenges
- Support internal project meetings and ensure follow-ups are documented and completed
- Assist with smooth transitions to training, support, and customer success teams post-go-live
- Build and maintain positive relationships with dealership partners
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related role (SaaS or automotive experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Basic understanding of dealership operations (sales, F&I, inventory, or service) is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within a project management role
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and team-oriented approach
- Professional demeanor with a client-focused attitude
Pay: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour
