Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support data collection, analysis, reporting, and business insights. The Junior Data Analyst will work with different teams to organize data, identify trends, and help improve decision-making through accurate and meaningful analysis.
Key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources, preparing reports and dashboards, performing basic data analysis, and identifying patterns or opportunities for improvement. The role will support senior analysts and business teams by providing reliable data insights and maintaining accurate documentation of analytical processes.
The Junior Data Analyst will also assist with data quality checks, report automation, performance tracking, and the improvement of data processes. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work with large amounts of information in a structured way.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, reporting methods, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with Excel, spreadsheets, databases, or data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, data querying, and data management concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and errors.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a logical approach to tasks.
- Ability to organize information, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments.
