Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes.
- Track project tasks and follow up on action items.
- Support communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate potential delays when required.
- Assist in identifying project risks and maintaining issue logs.
- Ensure project records and documentation remain organized and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
