The Role
We’re hiring a Junior Project Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns. This is an entry-level, in-person role designed for candidates who want to build leadership, operations, and client management skills.
You’ll work closely with senior team members to manage projects, track performance, and help drive results across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate daily operations and team activities
- Track performance metrics and report on campaign results
- Support client communications and project updates
- Help train and guide entry-level team members
- Ensure timelines, targets, and quality standards are met
