About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive and motivated Entry Level – Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing projects across the organization.
Here at Addison we work with all types of clients and supply them with business development services.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to build their project management skills while working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams. ( This is NOT an IT based role)
Key Responsibilities
- Track project progress and update stakeholders on key milestones
- Gain Familiarity with all areas of the project function.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time
- Support process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance project delivery
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work well as part of a team and build relationships with stakeholders
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Education & Experience
- Work placement or experience in an office or coordination role is beneficial but not required
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experiences.
