LPM Boston is looking for a passionate and skilled Jr. Sous Chef (Hot Kitchen) to support kitchen operations and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in leading the hot kitchen team
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Support daily kitchen operations and service
  • Train and motivate kitchen staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Jr. Sous Chef, or in a leadership kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of hot kitchen operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
