LPM Boston is looking for a passionate and skilled Jr. Sous Chef (Hot Kitchen) to support kitchen operations and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in leading the hot kitchen team
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Support daily kitchen operations and service
- Train and motivate kitchen staff
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Jr. Sous Chef, or in a leadership kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of hot kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
