Kitchen Manager
Looking to bring on a Kitchen Manager to our team in Blue Springs. We are a successful brewery taproom with a growing kitchen operation, in need of somebody to take on day to day management of kitchen staff, inventory, ordering, etc., while also working to grow/expand/improve our menu offerings. Pay includes a base rate plus inclusion on tip pool, with a minimum hourly guarantee based on experience. Benefits offered to full-time employees include health with 50% employee premium paid, dental, vision, PTO, employee discounts.
Responsibilities include prep work, cooking items from our food menu during service, washing dishes and general cleaning, and limited guest interaction at a food pickup window, and the management aspects include scheduling, inventory, ordering, recipe development. Will work closely with ownership and taproom manager.
Ideal candidate has several years experience in a kitchen managing operations, works well individually or with other cooks, is good at multitasking to prepare multiple tickets in a timely fashion, enjoys keeping a clean workspace, and is friendly to customers.

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
