We’re a fast-paced birria spot serving authentic shredded beef birria, rich consommé, tacos, quesabirria, and more. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and excited to be part of a small, energetic team making delicious Mexican street food, we want you!
No prior experience? No problem—we’ll train the right person.
Great opportunity to grow into line cook or lead roles as we expand.
What You’ll Do as a Kitchen Team Member:
- Prepare ingredients for birria: wash, chop, portion meats, vegetables, spices, and help assemble seasoning elements.
- Assist with daily prep, cooking support, and keeping food fresh and organized.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen—wash dishes, wipe down stations, sweep/mop, and take out trash.
- Help stock supplies, unload deliveries, and ensure everything is ready for busy service.
- Support our food trailer: quick setup, breakdown, and operations for events or street service.
What We’re Looking for in a Great Employee:
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well in a team during rushes.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and some long shifts (birria + corn demand is high!).
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Passion for Mexican food or street food is a big plus, but we value attitude and work ethic most.

Pay: $14.00 – $23.00 per hour
