Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards of quality and presentation.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food prep areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Work quickly and efficiently to fulfill orders with accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during peak hours.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a high-paced kitchen environment with urgency and attention to detail.
- Understanding of food safety practices.
