Our work includes patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, fencing, grading, drainage, driveways, excavation, landscaping, and property maintenance. Responsibilities
Hardscape Construction
- Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways
- Build retaining walls, seating walls, and steps
- Install natural stone and concrete products
- Perform site layout and grade preparation
- Operate plate compactors, cut-off saws, and hand tools
- Assist with excavation and material placement
Landscape Construction
- Mulch installation
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Lawn renovations and seeding
- Property cleanups and seasonal maintenance
- Drainage system installation
- Grading and soil preparation
Fence & Property Improvements
- Install vinyl, wood, chain-link, and aluminum fencing
- Set posts and concrete footings
- Build gates and custom fence sections
- Assist with driveway installation and repairs
Equipment Operation
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, compactors, and other equipment (experience preferred)
- Load and unload materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience in hardscape installation
- Experience operating construction equipment
- Knowledge of grading and drainage
- CDL license (a plus)
- Experience reading plans and layout drawings
