We are currently looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Crew Member to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a crew, and seeing the results of your hard work, this job is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing plants, trees, mulch, sod, landscape lighting, seeding and irrigation
- Operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Follow instructions from the crew leader and work efficiently to complete projects on schedule
- Perform site preparation, grading, and cleanup
- Load and unload materials, ensuring job sites are stocked and organized
- Work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required – we will train the right candidate
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from shop
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet throughout the day
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
