Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities
- Maintain landscapes through pruning, tree trimming, planting, to promote growth and aesthetic appeal.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment including trimmers, blowers, excavators with safety and precision.
- Assist with hardscape projects by installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features.
- Conduct seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and winter storm cleanup to keep properties safe and accessible year-round.
- Collaborate with team members to complete construction projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and power tools effectively.
- Experience in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices.
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care.
- Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and wheelbarrows confidently.
- Knowledge of operating excavators or similar machinery for construction or large-scale landscaping projects is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and maintenance tasks. Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
