Responsibilities & Ownership
Landscape Maintenance
- Maintain landscape beds to a professional standard, including weeding, seasonal pruning and cutbacks, bed edging, mulch cultivation, and leaf removal
- Trim shrubs and hedges with attention to plant health and appearance
- Perform work that is consistent, clean, and detail-oriented
Landscape Installation
- Assist in the removal and installation of new or existing landscapes
- Install soil, plants/trees, edging, fabric/barriers, mulch, decorative stone, and sod
- Follow plans and direction while maintaining high quality and efficiency
Tools, Equipment & Safety
- Safely use hand tools and power equipment including hedge trimmers, chainsaws, backpack blowers, sod cutters, and more
- Learn to operate equipment such as tractors and skid steers (training provided)
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
Teamwork & Problem Solving
- Work efficiently with crew members to meet daily production goals
- Identify and help resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track
- Take feedback seriously and apply it to improve performance
