This position involves working outdoors on residential and commercial landscaping projects. Typical duties include mowing, edging, trimming, planting, mulching, irrigation work, cleanup, and general landscape maintenance.

Experience
- Prior experience in outdoor labor or landscaping-related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to outdoor work environments
- Reliable transportation to job sites is essential, with flexibility to work different shifts or locations as needed
