Setter Landscaping Inc. is a full-service landscape design and management company serving Western Massachusetts. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team and help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.
This role primarily involves weekly lawn maintenance on residential and commercial properties, with additional opportunities to assist with plantings, lawn installations, and snow removal during the winter season. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
While we prefer candidates with experience, we are happy to train reliable and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.
Qualifications:
- Experience with lawn maintenance and commercial landscaping equipment preferred
- Pruning experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license required
