Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lav & Water Agent to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and water supply standards on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help keep our aircraft ready for safe and efficient flights.
Pay Rate: $19.00-$19.00/ per hour
Shift Options:
AM Shift- 06:00AM TO 2:30 PM
PM Shift- 02:00PM TO 10:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide lavatory servicing and water replenishment on aircraft in accordance with airline specifications and safety protocols
- Conduct thorough inspections of lavatory systems to identify leaks, malfunctions, or sanitation issues
- Operate manual transmission vehicles and specialized service equipment to access aircraft efficiently
- Manage time effectively to service multiple aircraft within scheduled turnaround times
- Communicate clearly with ground crew and flight personnel regarding service status or issues
- Follow all federal aviation regulations, safety procedures, and company policies during operations
- Assist with logistical tasks such as inventory management of supplies and maintaining accurate service records
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Minimum one-year Cabin/Ramp/Aircraft experience
Ability to understand the correct system operations
Previous driving experience of tractor trailers, box trucks, buses, etc. – Preferred
Valid Driver’s License Required
High School Diploma or equivalent education required
Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
Must have valid driver’s license
Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation
Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions as it relates to the role

Language Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous airline experience
Previous experience in security, military, and customer service
