Job Summary
Platinum Landscape Solutions is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Crew Leader to oversee our daily lawn maintenance operations. As a Crew Leader, you will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring high-quality service, crew safety, and efficient completion of all scheduled routes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train crew members in proper mowing, trimming, and edging techniques.​
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate zero-turn mowers, commercial walk-behinds, line trimmers, and blowers.​
- Driving & Logistics: Safely drive a company truck and trailer to various job sites throughout the day.
- ​Quality Control: Ensure all properties are serviced to company standards (straight lines, clean edges, and debris-free surfaces).​
- Maintenance: Perform basic daily maintenance on equipment (checking oil, sharpening blades, and cleaning air filters) to ensure everything is in top working order.
- ​Communication: Coordinate with management regarding schedule changes, equipment needs, or client feedback.
Experience
- At least 2+ years of professional lawn maintenance experience and prior experience leading a team.​
- Driving: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience maneuvering a truck and trailer is required.​
- Knowledge: Proficiency in operating commercial-grade power equipment and a solid understanding of basic lawn care practices.​
- Attributes: Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a "lead-by-example" work ethic.​Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs consistently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $160.00 – $240.00 per day
