Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, and clean-ups
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow directions from crew leaders and work effectively as part of a team
- Ensure properties are maintained to high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
