The Lead Barista / Team manager is responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, handling customer transactions, and providing fast, friendly service. This role combines coffee preparation with front counter operations including packaging of orders and requires efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail with an enthusiastic and serive-friendly mindset. The "Lead" takes the lead; handling all aspects of beverage making and training, handling cash, opening/closing of the store, etc. ESPRESSO and COFFEE KNOWLEDGE AND LATTE ART EXPERIENCE ARE NECESSARY FOR THIS POSITION.
All employees will be required to prepare some beverages and menu items, assist our team wherever needed- including cleaning, side work, stocking, organizing, dishwashing, helping promote our business, etc. , and to ensure overall, that every guest has a great experience at our cafe.
Pay: $16.00 – $30.00 per hour
