What You’ll Do
As a Lead Canvasser / Van Driver at Homze, you’ll play a critical role in generating opportunities for our sales team and helping fuel the company’s growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely drive company vans to assigned neighborhoods and territories
- Lead by example in daily canvassing efforts
- Generate qualified homeowner appointments
- Represent Homze professionally in the community
- Build positive relationships with homeowners
- Help motivate and support fellow canvassers
- Track daily performance and appointment metrics
- Consistently achieve and exceed team goals
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of door-to-door canvassing experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a company vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Preferred
- Home improvement experience (roofing, windows, siding, baths, gutters, remodeling, solar, etc.)
- Previous leadership or team lead experience
- Appointment-setting experience
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Schedule
- Full-Time
