Admiral Insulation — a veteran-owned company launching in Anne Arundel County — is hiring our very first Lead Installer. You’ll drive the truck, run the job, and lead a two-person crew to a zero-trace quality standard. This is a founding role with a direct line to the owner and a clear path to field supervisor as we add crews. No Spray-Foam!
What you’ll do:
Lead blown-in installation, removal, and air sealing in attics, crawl spaces, and walls to spec and required R-value — and run the truck, the crew, and the customer experience from arrival to departure.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of insulation installation (blown-in required; removal and air sealing a plus); valid driver’s license with a clean record; able to work in attics and crawl spaces and lift 50+ lbs. BPI certification is a big plus — we pay for EPA RRP and OSHA certs.
Pay & perks:
$28–$35/hr depending on experience and certifications (W2). Performance bonuses, company truck + equipment + uniforms, paid certifications, and stable year-round work.
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
