RPM Raceway is gearing up to open our newest location in the Chicago market, and we’re looking for a Lead Go-Kart Mechanic to join our opening team!
If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-performance equipment, this is an exciting opportunity to help launch a brand-new facility from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
Lead maintenance and repairs for our electric go-kart fleet
Ensure karts are safe, race-ready, and performing at peak levels
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Support daily operations and mentor junior mechanics
Help set up and maintain the workshop for a new location opening
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanical experience (automotive, powersports, or similar preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a lead role

Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
