Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of restoration technicians during all project phases, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards
- Assess damage sites thoroughly to develop effective restoration plans for water, fire, mold, and biohazard issues
- Perform cleaning, demolition, and remediation tasks using hand tools and power tools with precision and safety in mind
- Execute specialized restoration procedures such as carpet cleaning, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and project managers to communicate progress and address concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety protocols followed for each project
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Skills
- Proven experience in the restoration industry with a strong background in water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools necessary for demolition and restoration tasks
- Knowledgeable about construction practices relevant to property repair and renovation
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and external partners
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods
