Schedule: Full Time | Days shift | 7am-7pm Friday Saturday and Sunday with on call requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Direct daily CVOR operations by coordinating shift schedules, managing resources, and overseeing the workflow of surgical suites to ensure seamless cardiovascular procedures.
- Lead the preparation of sterile and non-sterile environments; provide expert surgical assistance to surgeons, including instrument handling and active support with hemostasis.
- Oversee and assist in the safe transport, positioning, and draping of patients while maintaining rigorous organization and meticulous tracking of instrument counts throughout the procedure.
- Drive excellence within the surgical team by providing essential input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations, while directly mentoring staff in their professional development.
- Ensure all surgical suits are fully equipped with necessary instruments and supplies, maintaining high standards of readiness for complex cardiovascular cases.
What You Will Need:
- BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Red Cross or Heart Association accepted.

One or more of the following:
- Certified Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Certified Surgical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Certified Surgical Tech obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s
degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:

3+ years of specialized CVOR experience
